My Story
Hi, I’m Tony — a registered nurse in New Zealand with over 16 years of experience, a former DHB nurse educator, CAP tutor and now a certified results coach dedicated to helping internationally qualified nurses pass their IQN theory and OSCE practical exams with clarity and confidence. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing from Massey University, New Zealand, which has strengthened my clinical decision-making, cultural competence, and understanding of evidence-based practice in the NZ healthcare system.
Over the years, I’ve worked across public hospitals, aged care management, education roles, and patient transit services. I understand the NZ healthcare system deeply — and I know what it takes to succeed as a nurse here.
Today, I offer personalised coaching, mock tests, and scenario-based learning to help IQNs like you not only pass but excel. I’ve helped students from the UAE, India, the Philippines, and the Middle East — and many of them have gone on to become registered nurses in New Zealand.

I understand the challenges internationally qualified nurses face when preparing for registration in New Zealand. From navigating new exam formats to adjusting to cultural expectations, the journey can feel overwhelming. My role is to simplify this process and guide you with clarity.
